What are the different ticket types available?

1. General Admission: This ticket gives you access to the main concert area with standing room. Lawn chairs are permitted, but there is no reserved seating. Early entry ticket holders and VIP guests will get first access to secure their spot.

2. VIP Experience: The VIP ticket offers an exclusive indoor preshow with a private acoustic set by Shaylen. It also includes hors d'oeuvres and a wine or whiskey flight. Additionally, VIPs will have access to a special VIP area during the main concert, with exclusive access to a VIP bar. VIP ticket holders also get on-site parking and a separate VIP wristband for access to these areas.

What is the VIP experience?

The VIP experience is an exclusive, premium experience designed to give you a special pre-concert moment. You'll enjoy a private acoustic performance by Shaylen in the gorgeous updated barn at Haven on the Farm, along with delicious hors d'oeuvres and a choice of wine or whiskey flight. During the main concert, VIP guests will also have access to a VIP-only area and a VIP bar. There will also be a silent auction during the VIP hour with many items and services from several local businesses.

Can I bring my own food and drinks to the event?

No, outside food and beverages are not allowed at the event. However, food trucks and vendors will be present offering a variety of food, beverages, and merchandise. A percentage of proceeds from food and merchandise sales will go towards supporting breast cancer patients.

What are the parking arrangements?

• Parking will be available across the street at OSF Healthcare (5901 W War Memorial Dr, Peoria, IL 61615), with constant shuttle service between the lot and the event venue provided by Peoria Charter.

• A limited amount of on-site parking spaces are available for VIP Parking Pass holders only

Is this a family-friendly event?

Yes, Pink Boots & Country Roots is a family-friendly event! Families are welcome to attend and enjoy the music, food, and fun. However, guests wishing to purchase alcohol must have a valid ID and be 21 or older. There will be an ID-checking station at the event to verify age for those who wish to consume alcohol.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Tickets may be available at the door based on availability. However, please note that tickets purchased at the door will be $10 more than pre-purchased tickets.

Will there be any additional ways to support the event?

Yes! Additional donations can be made in several ways:

• At the event: You can donate electronically using scannable QR codes or via cash at designated vendor stations.

• Before the event: You can donate at Artemis Esthetics & Wellness in Peoria Heights or directly through the ticket purchase screen.

Are there any prohibited items?

Yes, please note the following prohibited items at the event:

• Outside food and beverages (except for sealed water bottles)

• Weapons of any kind

• Coolers

• Large bags

Lawn chairs are permitted, but please be mindful of space, as the concert area is a standing-room venue. Please leave lawn chair bags at your car.

What happens if it rains?

The event is outdoor and will take place rain or shine, so please come prepared for weather conditions. We recommend bringing rain gear if necessary. In the event of severe weather, post-poning or canceling may take place.
Please note that due to this being a charity event, all ticket purchases are non-refundable. In the event of severe weather that may cause the event to be canceled, refunds will not be issued, but all proceeds will still be donated to support breast cancer patients.
