Event Layout & Parking

Pink Boots & Country Roots takes over Downtown Peoria Heights for one big night of country music, food, drinks, and fun. General Admission guests can enter through the Main Entrance off Seiberling Avenue or the secondary GA entrance off Atlantic Avenue. The Seiberling lot provides convenient access to the Main Entrance, but parking in that lot is paid. Additional free parking and street parking are available throughout the surrounding Peoria Heights area.

Harley Parking is available in the Seiberling lot and included with limited Walters Brothers Harley ticket type only.

 

The VIP entrance is located off Kelly Avenue and is for VIP guests only. VIP guests will also have access to designated VIP parking in the two lots along Kelly Avenue, shown on the map.
 

Inside the event grounds, GA guests will have access to the concert lawn, food trucks, vendors, bars, and festival activities. VIP guests will have their own dedicated area with the VIP Pre-Party, private bar, VIP amenities, and a dedicated view of the stage. Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome in designated areas, while the area closest to the stage will be standing-room only.
 

An ADA viewing area and ADA restroom are located near the Main Entrance. Limited ADA parking is available in the nearby paid lot, and guests may also be dropped off at the Main Entrance for easy access.

When and where is Pink Boots & Country Roots?

Pink Boots & Country Roots takes place on Saturday, September 19, 2026, in Downtown Peoria Heights. We're bringing a full night of country music, food, drinks, vendors, and fun to the Heights!
 

What time does the event start?

VIP and General Admission gates open at 5:00 PM.
 

The evening's schedule is:

  • 5:00–7:00 PM: VIP Pre-Party

  • 7:00–8:00 PM: Travis Denning

  • 8:00–8:30 PM: Intermission

  • 8:30–10:00 PM: Tracy Byrd
     

Who is playing?

We're excited to welcome Travis Denning and country music legend Tracy Byrd to the Pink Boots & Country Roots stage!
 

What does General Admission include?

Your General Admission ticket gets you into the main concert area for the full evening of live country music. You'll also have access to food trucks, bars, and local vendors.

Bring a lawn chair or blanket, grab a drink, and settle in for a great night supporting an even better cause.
 

What does VIP include?

VIP guests get an upgraded experience starting with our VIP Pre-Party from 5:00–7:00 PM, featuring a welcome drink, gourmet hors d'oeuvres, and an exclusive acoustic performance by Travis Denning.

VIP guests will also have access to the VIP viewing area throughout the concert, a private bar, premium restrooms, designated VIP parking, and exclusive experiences.

VIP has limited seating areas, but the majority of the VIP area is standing-room.
 

Can I bring a lawn chair or blanket?

Yes! Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome in both General Admission and VIP for designated lawn seating areas.

The very front portion of the concert area will be standing-room only. Signs will clearly mark where lawn chairs and blankets are permitted, so please follow the posted signage and event staff instructions.
 

Is the event family-friendly?

Yes! Pink Boots & Country Roots is a family-friendly event. Children 12 and under do not require a ticket. Guests must be 21 or older with a valid ID to purchase or consume alcohol.
 

Can I bring my own food or drinks?

No outside food or beverages are permitted. We'll have several food trucks, bars, and beverage options available throughout the event.
 

Where do I park?

VIP Parking: VIP ticket holders will have access to designated parking at the Williams Brothers Construction lot and the former CVS lot on Kelly Avenue, directly next to one another.

General Admission Parking: GA guests will have several parking options throughout Peoria Heights, including local parking lots and street parking. There will be paid parking available at the lot on Seiberling Avenue, along with free street parking and free parking available at other local Peoria Heights lots.

ADA Parking: A limited amount of ADA parking will be available in the paid Seiberling Avenue lot. Guests who need closer access may also be dropped off at the Main Entrance, which is located very close to the ADA viewing area.

Parking is first-come, first-served. Please follow event signage and parking staff instructions when you arrive.
 

Is there accessible seating?

We will have a small hard-surface ADA viewing area with an ADA restroom nearby. The ADA area is designed to provide easier access but does not include seating, so guests should bring their own wheelchair, chair, or other mobility equipment as needed.

The concert grounds are primarily grass. Guests with mobility limitations are welcome to enjoy the concert from whichever location on the grounds is most comfortable and accessible for them.

Are the bars cashless?

Yes. All event bars will be cashless. Please plan to use a credit or debit card for bar purchases.

Food vendors and other vendors may accept cash at their discretion, so it's a good idea to bring a card as well as some cash.
 

Can I leave and come back?

Yes! General Admission guests may re-enter with the event stamp they receive when leaving. VIP guests may re-enter with their VIP wristband.
 

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Yes, if tickets are still available. Tickets purchased at the door will be $5 more than advance ticket prices, so we recommend purchasing your tickets ahead of time.
 

Are tickets refundable?

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Pink Boots & Country Roots is a charitable event, and ticket proceeds support the OSF Cancer Institute Breast Cancer Fund.
 

What happens if it rains?

Pink Boots & Country Roots is an outdoor event and will take place rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, the event team will work with local emergency personnel and authorities to determine the safest course of action and communicate any changes to guests.
 

Where does the money raised go?

Pink Boots & Country Roots benefits the OSF Cancer Institute Breast Cancer Fund, which provides important support services to local breast cancer patients and their families.
 

Are there food and drinks available?

Absolutely! We'll have a lineup of local food trucks serving a variety of food throughout the event, along with multiple bars offering beer, wine, and cocktails.
 

Can I bring a cooler?

No coolers are permitted inside the event.
 

Is there seating?

VIP has limited seating areas, while both VIP and General Admission have designated lawn areas where guests may use their own lawn chairs and blankets.

The very front of the concert area will be standing-room only.
 

What should I bring?

We recommend bringing:

  • Your physical or digital ticket

  • Valid ID if you plan to purchase alcohol

  • A lawn chair or blanket

  • Comfortable shoes

  • A credit/debit card for bar purchases
     

What should I leave at home?

No large bags are permitted. Small bags and purses are permitted but will be subject to search upon entry.

Please also leave outside food and beverages, coolers, weapons, and other prohibited items at home. Please follow event signage and staff instructions regarding permitted items.
 

How will tickets be checked?

Have your physical or digital ticket ready when you arrive. Tickets will be scanned at the entrance before you enter the event.
 

Where is Lost & Found?

Lost & Found will be located at the Merchandise Tent. If you find an item during the event, please turn it in to a member of event staff or a volunteer.
 

How can I support Pink Boots & Country Roots beyond buying a ticket?

You can make an additional donation, participate in our silent auction, become a sponsor, or simply spread the word and bring your friends! A portion of sales from all vendors is also given back to the cause!
