Your General Admission ticket includes access to performances by Tracy Byrd and Travis Denning, delicious food and drinks, local vendors, and plenty of fun throughout the evening. Bring your lawn chair or blanket, kick back with your favorite drink, and enjoy an incredible night for an even better cause. Best of all, every ticket purchased helps support local breast cancer patients and their families through the OSF Cancer Institute Breast Cancer Fund.

What are the different ticket types available?

General Admission: This ticket gives you access to the main concert area with standing room. Lawn chairs are permitted, but there is no reserved seating. We encourage early arrival in order to secure your spot.

VIP Experience: The VIP ticket offers an exclusive preparty with a private acoustic set by Travis Denning. It also includes hors d'oeuvres and a welcome drink. Additionally, VIPs will have access to a special VIP area during the main concert, with exclusive access to a VIP bar. VIP ticket holders also get access to designated VIP parking area and a separate VIP wristband for access to these areas.

What is the VIP experience?
The VIP experience is an exclusive, premium experience designed to give you a special pre-concert moment. You'll enjoy a private acoustic performance by Travis Denning in VIP tent, along with delicious hors d'oeuvres, complementary welcome drink, and exclusive vendor experiences. During the main concert, VIP guests will also have access to a VIP-only area and a VIP bar.

Can I bring my own food and drinks to the event?
No, outside food and beverages are not allowed at the event. However, food trucks and vendors will be present offering a variety of food, beverages, and merchandise. A percentage of vendors' proceeds from food and merchandise sales will also go towards supporting breast cancer patients to further our charitable impact.

Is this a family-friendly event?
Yes, Pink Boots & Country Roots is a family-friendly event! Families are welcome to attend and enjoy the music, food, and fun. However, guests wishing to purchase alcohol must have a valid ID and be 21 or older. There will be an ID-checking station at the event to verify age for those who wish to consume alcohol.

Can I buy tickets at the door?
Tickets may be available at the door based on availability. However, please note that tickets purchased at the door will be $5 more than pre-purchased tickets.

Will there be any additional ways to support the event?
Yes! Additional donations can be made in several ways:

At the event: You can donate electronically using scannable QR codes or via cash at designated vendor stations.

Before the event: You can donate at Artemis Esthetics & Wellness in Peoria Heights, the donation form on our Ways to Support page, or directly through the ticket purchase screen.

Yes, please note the following prohibited items at the event:

Lawn chairs are permitted, but please be mindful of space, as the concert area is a standing-room venue. Please leave lawn chair bags at your car.

What happens if it rains?
The event is outdoor and will take place rain or shine, so please come prepared for weather conditions. We recommend bringing rain gear if necessary. In the event of severe weather, post-poning or canceling may take place.
Please note that due to this being a charity event, all ticket purchases are non-refundable. In the event of severe weather that may cause the event to be canceled, refunds will not be issued, but all proceeds will still be donated to support breast cancer patients.
