General Admission

Experience the full event with General Admission! Your ticket grants you access to the main event, where you’ll enjoy all the performances, activities, and excitement from the moment the gates open. Don't miss out on the fun—this ticket gets you in and ready for a fantastic time!

VIP with Pre-Party

$300

Elevate your evening with the VIP Pre-party Experience! Before the main event kicks off, enjoy an intimate pre-show acoustic set by Shaylen. Indulge in delicious hors d'oeuvres while sipping on a whiskey or wine tasting curated just for you. This is your chance to experience the show in a whole new way—early, exclusive, and unforgettable!

Pink Boots & Country Roots Event Schedule

VIP Pre-Party - VIP Tent (5:00 PM - 7:00 PM)

  • VIP preshow with a private acoustic set by Travis Denning. Enjoy hors d'oeuvres and exclusive VIP vendors.

There will also be a happy hour from 5-6pm.

General Admission Gates (5:00 PM)

  • Entry opens for all ticket holders. Arrive early to grab your spot for the show and enjoy our GA vendors.​​​​

Travis Denning (7:00 PM - 8:00 PM)

  • Event Opener takes the stage, bringing great country music to the crowd.

Intermission (8:00 PM - 8:30 PM)​

Tracy Byrd (8:30 PM - 9:45 PM)

  • Tracy Byrd takes the stage for the main performance, keeping the energy high and the music rolling.

Food and Vendor Last Call (9:30 PM)

  • All food trucks and vendors will begin to conclude service.

What are the different ticket types available?

  1. General Admission: This ticket gives you access to the main concert area with standing room. Lawn chairs are permitted, but there is no reserved seating. We encourage early arrival in order to secure your spot.

  2. VIP Experience: The VIP ticket offers an exclusive preparty with a private acoustic set by Travis Denning. It also includes hors d'oeuvres and a happy hour. Additionally, VIPs will have access to a special VIP area during the main concert, with exclusive access to a VIP bar. VIP ticket holders also get access to designated VIP parking area and a separate VIP wristband for access to these areas.

What is the VIP experience?

The VIP experience is an exclusive, premium experience designed to give you a special pre-concert moment. You'll enjoy a private acoustic performance by Travis Denning in VIP tent, along with delicious hors d'oeuvres, happy hour, and exclusive vendor experiences. During the main concert, VIP guests will also have access to a VIP-only area and a VIP bar.

Can I bring my own food and drinks to the event?

No, outside food and beverages are not allowed at the event. However, food trucks and vendors will be present offering a variety of food, beverages, and merchandise. A percentage of proceeds from food and merchandise sales will go towards supporting breast cancer patients.

Is this a family-friendly event?

Yes, Pink Boots & Country Roots is a family-friendly event! Families are welcome to attend and enjoy the music, food, and fun. However, guests wishing to purchase alcohol must have a valid ID and be 21 or older. There will be an ID-checking station at the event to verify age for those who wish to consume alcohol.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Tickets may be available at the door based on availability. However, please note that tickets purchased at the door will be $5 more than pre-purchased tickets.

Will there be any additional ways to support the event?

Yes! Additional donations can be made in several ways:

  • At the event: You can donate electronically using scannable QR codes or via cash at designated vendor stations.

  • Before the event: You can donate at Artemis Esthetics & Wellness in Peoria Heights or directly through the ticket purchase screen.

Are there any prohibited items?

Yes, please note the following prohibited items at the event:

  • Outside food and beverages

  • Weapons of any kind

  • Coolers

  • Large bags

Lawn chairs are permitted, but please be mindful of space, as the concert area is a standing-room venue. Please leave lawn chair bags at your car.

What happens if it rains?

The event is outdoor and will take place rain or shine, so please come prepared for weather conditions. We recommend bringing rain gear if necessary. In the event of severe weather, post-poning or canceling may take place.
Please note that due to this being a charity event, all ticket purchases are non-refundable. In the event of severe weather that may cause the event to be canceled, refunds will not be issued, but all proceeds will still be donated to support breast cancer patients.
